Refund policy
Eligibility for Returns
Products must be returned within 5 days from the date of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
An unboxing video is mandatory to initiate any return or exchange request. Without this, the request will not be processed.
We conduct three levels of quality checks before dispatching any product to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
In the rare event of an issue, returns or exchanges will be considered only after reviewing the unboxing video and supporting images shared at the time of opening the package.
Non-Returnable Items
Personalised or customised products.
Items marked as “sale”, including any products sold under seasonal sales or additional promotional sales.
Used or damaged items not caused at our end.
Return Process
Contact our customer support team at support@sohome.in or +91 836 988 4891 with your order details, reason for the return, and unboxing video.
Once approved, pack the item securely in its original packaging.
The product(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We would also require all original papers to be returned with the product.
Once the return is processed, we will pick up the product(s) from your doorstep.
In rare cases, it is possible that the pincode might be unserviceable by our courier partners for returns. In such cases, the reverse pickup can only be done once the pincode becomes serviceable again.
We reserve the right to deny a return or to charge for the return if multiple returns have been initiated from the same account.
Refunds
Once the product is received and inspected for eligible returns, we will notify you via email that the refund has been initiated.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Please note that during returns, a reverse pickup fee will be applicable. This fee includes the original shipping cost plus an additional ₹100, which will be deducted from the total refundable amount. The balance will then be refunded to your original mode of payment.
Store Credits
In cases where a refund is issued as store credit, the credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
Store credit can be redeemed sitewide on any product, subject to a minimum purchase value of ₹2,000 per order.
Store credit is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be applied at checkout before completing the purchase.

We are not responsible for any damages caused during transit.
For fragile items, especially glass products, we do not guarantee how they are handled in transit.
